Bamboo - Round bamboo pendant - I was once a chopping board [012-0022]

A handmade bamboo pendant with a hard wax satin polish. It was once a wooden chopping board. The pendant is round, gently tapering in thickness towards the top with an off centre hole. The outer edges are rounded giving it a smooth feel.

The round pendant is approximately 5cm diameter and 0.9cm thick at the base gently tapering at the top. The hole is 2.5cm diameter. The necklace is adjustable from around 30 - 80 cm using simple sterling silver crimp ends (the equivalent of sliding knots).

This bamboo was from my daughter's chopping board that split in two. The board was made from strips of bamboo which are glued together.
